Terms of Service

Effective 23 September 2026

1. Agreement and authority

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use Dokan Hisab, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you create or manage an account for a shop or business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and to manage the users you invite.

2. What Dokan Hisab provides

Dokan Hisab is shop-management software for recording sales, inventory, purchases, expenses, dues, staff activity and related business information. The service helps organize records; it does not guarantee business profit, tax compliance, accounting accuracy, regulatory compliance or a particular commercial result.

3. Account and staff responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials and use separate staff accounts instead of sharing the owner password. A shop owner is responsible for staff accounts created for that shop and for actions performed through those authorized accounts. If you believe an account or device is compromised, change the password and contact support promptly.

4. Acceptable use and abuse prevention

You may not use Dokan Hisab to commit fraud, submit false payment evidence, attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits or permissions, interfere with security controls, abuse support, intentionally corrupt records, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another business or user, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may temporarily restrict access while suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or security incidents are investigated.

5. Platform permissions

Dokan Hisab uses role and policy controls for Super Admin, Shop Owner, Manager, Cashier and Regular Staff access. Hiding a button is not the security boundary; sensitive actions are also checked on the server. Shop owners may assign available team roles but cannot bypass platform-level restrictions.

6. Plans, billing and expiry

Free and paid plan limits, prices and features are shown in the product and may change for future billing periods. A paid period is activated only after a payment is verified through the configured billing workflow. If a paid period expires, the shop may return to Free-plan limits. Excess staff access or other Pro-only capabilities may be suspended without deleting the underlying shop records.

7. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Billing questions should first be submitted through Support so the verified payment record can be reviewed. If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back or later determined not to be valid, subscription access may be suspended or adjusted to match the final verified payment state. Knowingly submitting false payment information or abusive disputes may result in account restriction.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy. A subscription is a digital service, so activation or use of a paid period does not automatically create a right to a refund for a change of mind, while duplicate charges, incorrect charges and verified service failures are reviewed as described in that policy.

9. Business records and user-entered data

You are responsible for information entered into the shop, including product prices, stock, customer/supplier records, sales, purchases, expenses and dues. Reports are generated from those records. You should verify important financial, tax, legal or regulatory records before relying on them for official purposes and keep any independent records required by applicable law.

10. Data integrity and corrections

To protect auditability, some accounting records are corrected through returns, voids, adjustments or linked payments rather than silently rewritten. Support may require reasonable evidence before making account, billing or data-recovery changes and is not required to alter verified transaction history merely because a user requests a different result.

11. Service availability and third parties

We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Hosting, database, internet, email, device, browser, bank and payment-provider failures may affect access or processing. Third-party services may have their own terms and processing times.

12. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or limited for security threats, suspected fraud, material misuse, non-payment, repeated abusive activity, attempts to bypass platform restrictions, or where continued access could harm users or the service. Where appropriate, we may request verification or corrective action before restoring access. Suspension does not erase legitimate billing, audit or transaction records.

13. Intellectual property and licence

Dokan Hisab software, branding and platform design remain the property of their respective owner/operator. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for your shop; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Your shop records remain your business records subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

14. Limitation and non-waivable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific financial results, and the operator is not responsible for indirect business losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, misuse of accounts, unsupported devices, internet failure or third-party provider failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Dokan Hisab develops, legal requirements change or new features are introduced. Material changes should be communicated through the product, website or normal support channel. Continued use after an effective update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Operator and support

The service operator is Dokan Hisab. Questions about accounts, billing, these Terms or suspected misuse can be submitted through the Support page.
